Sales and Bookkeeping Assistant

Your tasks:

  • Main contact for all dealers and agents regarding sales administration
  • Coordinate the communication between dealers, agents, associations and the headquarter in Germany
  • Order and import administration
  • Managing dealerĀ“s invoicing
  • Control of customer accounts and payments
  • General administration


Your profile:

  • License or certification in administration (e.g. Bachelor degree)
  • Several years of experience in B2B accounting and administration in manufacturing industry
  • High level of communication, good inter-cultural and customer service skills
  • Commitment to work in a young team, ability to work self-sufficiently and help out beyond one’s tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience with MS-Office and bookkeeping Software
  • Bilingual English and French, German language skills are highly appreciated
