We are seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to take on the role of Office Administrator within our Accounts Payable Department.
Coordination of Canadian employee service awards
Management of supplies necessary for office including general office supplies, washroom supplies, etc.
Ensuring that office equipment is functional and maintained
Liaise with landlord for any repairs required that are the landlord’s responsibility
Reconciling of certain vendors in the US
Payment of Corporate Canadian payables
Experience in Accounts Payable, statement reconciliations and full cycle accounting
Strong Excel skills are essential
Exceptional communication skills are required
Highly organized, self motivated, reliable and a keen attention to detail
