We currently have two progressive business clients eager to fill the captioned vacancy. The successful applicant will have 2+ years prior professional receptionist experience, being comfortable in a busy office environment. You will possess the following skill set;
a positive, outgoing disposition.
reliable with superior customer service skills.
Basic to intermediate MS Office skills including word, excel, access, and powerpoint.
accounts payable experience using QuickBooks would be a plus.
general office duties experience.
comfortable with a career receptionist role providing the business with stability.
an organized, multi-tasker.
