The Town of Churchill seeks an individual with well-defined interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for our Executive Assistant. This position is a key part of our Administration Team. This position works directly with the Executive Director as well as providing support to Council and the Council Committees.

The Executive Assistant works within a team environment and performs a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

Providing a wide range of office administration and support tasks;
Preparing documents such as letters, memos and other correspondence;
Coordinating and attending Council and Committee meetings required follow-up;
Preparing Meeting Minutes and Agendas;
Coordinating and managing the schedules of Council and Directors through use of calendars and to-do lists;
Preparing, tracking and processing purchase orders;
Providing front office assistance to the public;
Representing the Town on committees or projects that may arise;
Maintaining the Administration’s filing system;

The starting wage is $21.57 per hour plus remoteness allowance of $261.89 bi-weekly.
