Fuze RH Solutions Inc. is looking for a bilingual customer service assistant manager for our client, a well-established fashion company located in Montreal.
You will be the ideal candidate if you are a really motivated and hard worker person with an experience in customer service for the garment industry!!

Your main task will be to give aid to the current manager in the monitoring of In-stock and custom programs and to support customer service representatives with the fielding of customer calls and processing of orders.
With your experience, you will be able to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout our client’s organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, must have an outgoing and engaging personality and must be very customer focused.
3/5 years experience in a similar position
An experience in the fashion,garment industry is definitively a huge asset
Bilingual (English environment).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
Familiarity with Crystal Reports and EDI order processing
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
