Customer Service Representatives – Online Chat Positions

We are looking for Customer service Representatives for our Charlottetown location.

Responsibilities :
In a multi-service and multi products environment, provide service to the customer online for all of our products and services.

Intervene in the diagnosis and resolution of problematic client.

Document and monitor the integrity of the customer’s problem and this until the resolution of the latter.

Ensure retention and customer loyalty, to support activities related to a problem, ensure efficient resolution, in accordance with the needs of the business to ensure the satisfaction to our customers.

Processing on line of 2-3 queries at once, relating to various technical issues experienced by our clients;

Requirements:
Have a minimum one (1) year of experience in a service center (asset);

Have a very good knowledge in data processing: Excellent communication sense ability of multitasking
