A growing retailer in montreal has created a new position and is looking for a Bilingual customer service manager.
In this role, you would be overseeing a team of customer service reps, working on customer service issues related to both the store level as well as ecommerce. You would be making sure everything is running smoothly, that calls / emails are being responded to in a timely manner, and that best practices are being implemented.
