  • Post-secondary education focusing in Human Resources or equivalent work experience an asset
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong high volume recruiting background is required
  • Experience with the transport industry is an asset
  • Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred


  • Participate in the coordination of all phases of the recruitment process for local and cross provincial locations
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Human Resources team
  • Support all the phases of an employee life-cycle (recruitment, on-boarding, promotion, transfer, leaves and terminations, etc.)
  • Prepare Human Resources related confidential documentation
  • Assist in the administration of Human Resources paperwork including the management of employee records, databases and files
  • Be available for employees and managers by providing assistance with policy interpretation, and training and development
  • Provide support with the deployment of policies, performance management, compensation and other Human Resources programs
  • Generate positive employee relations by providing general Human Resources support and responding to staff inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as necessary
  • Assist prepare correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation of the performance review process
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
