  • Outbound and inbound calling potential consumers to increase interest in products
  • Describe products and services to consumers
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise
  • Answer and manage inbound telephone inquiries.
  • Conduct audits of call recordings
  • Review and analyze calls and completing quality reports for management
  • Provide feedback and coaching on audits that present challenges
  • Identify and document any recommendations for process improvements
  • Support special projects as requested by management



  • 1+ year of experience in an office environment
  • Some post-secondary education, preferably in a business environment, or working towards a degree
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls
  • Quick learner, passionate about working in a team environment
  • Proficient with Office Word and Excel
  • Candidate must be entitled to work in Canada
