Work from Home Bilingual Customer Assistance Representatives provide roadside assistance to callers by identifying the problem and dispatching the appropriate service solution to members across Canada and the U.S.A.

This position is ideal for someone who can empathize with callers and solve their problems, getting them safely on their way with minimal delay. Strong communication and computer skills are necessary to excel in this stable, team-oriented work environment.
