Accounts Receivable Duties

Ensure all Invoices are recorded and sent out in a timely manner.

Record all cheques received and make daily deposits.

Review all Guest Ledger Accounts and follow-up on all accounts.

Performs other duties as required

Liquor Inventory Accountant Duties: 1 Day a week

Completing inventory of all liquor, beer, and wine and inputting into computer system.

Performing routine inventory integrity checks

Providing relevant information, timely and accurate reporting to management team and to the Corporate Resource Centre

Report accurate inventory 1 day per week

Identify issues or areas of concern to the General Manager on a daily basis

Awareness and understanding of results and impact of costs of goods sold to identify problems or concerns

Taking ownership of position duties and requirements

Ensuring proper controls are in place to minimize or eliminate theft or fraud of company assets

Report any operational issues or threats relating to improper procedures with the safeguarding of stock items (ex: liquor items not properly locked up, improper storage procedures, no signature on orders or delivery slips, etc.)

Performs other duties as required

VLT Accountant Duties: 2 Days a week

Follow all cash handling procedures at all times

Perform daily VLT deposit

Count floats daily to ensure accuracy and report

Completing of daily inventories and data entry to Excel

Daily VLT cash counts and distribution of VLT summary reports must be completed efficiently and in a timely manner

Performs other duties as required
