The
new immigration law, which has defined the new
order of qualification of applicants under
program Skilled Worker or “experts”, has come
into force at
July
28, 2002
.
According to the given law
to collect the lowest passing score probably
with knowledge of languages, presence of
"candidate" or doctor's diplomas and the test on
language (IELTS) not less than 7 points, that
not always it is possible to graduates of High
Schools.
The
new law also has changed the order of attitudes
of employers and Services of employment of
Canada (HRDC) inside the
Canada
,
where the special department, which is engaged
in consideration of applications of the
employers is open, wishing to invite the worker
from abroad.
As
is known the invitation to the work, certified
in HRDC, gives in addition 15 points to the
applicant, exempts from the proof of funds for
residing in
Canada
and the lowest passing score with a usual level
of language enables to collect.
We
sign the partner agreement with agency on
employment, which provides search of workplaces
in various provinces of
Canada
,
that it is important, both for provincial
programs, and for federal
programs.
Really,
our agreement opens an opportunity to receive
the visa that who has diplomas of technical
schools. It is easier to such experts to find
work. To engineers of the requirement is much
higher - necessity of certification and absence
of knowledge of the Canadian traditions of the
organization of works make a problem of
employment impracticable, i.e. with the diploma
of the engineer it is necessary to search for
work the mechanics, the engineering etc., that
also suits the purposes of immigration.
Besides
the received invitation enables to address for
the working visa, i.e. enables us to give a new
kind of services, for those who all over again
wants to work and look, that such this Canada,
and then can be leave absolutely or not leave at
all...
Unfortunately,
there was adverse price conditions since all army of immigration advisers and
lawyers has rushed to search for work for the clients, that naturally creates
in the market an agiotage, and, accordingly, has caused rise of the prices.
Registration is made for six months on which
expiration the further searches are considered unpromising, i.e. either the
specialty is not in demand or the client can not pass interview owing to weak
English or ignorance of a specialty etc.
If necessary the confirmation of the invitation in
HRDC it should be in addition paid at a rate of US$ 750.
The confirmation is not always necessary, for example
the provincial program of
Manitoba
does not demand confirmation.
Despite of usual conditions and a price level, we
strongly recommend taking advantage of this service by that who legally wishes
to work in
Canada
, and also that who expects the invitation to interview.
For present time - there is a unique opportunity to
receive the positive answer for those, who has not passed the languages test or
has passed with estimation less than 7 points. In this case, knowledge of
language can be checked directly by the employer, i.e. the telephone interview,
where and it will be necessary to show "language" and a specialty will be
spent.
For the beginning registrations of the application it
is necessary to fill in the questionnaire on employment, which is at the end of
the given text.
Also, we want to add, that it is not necessary to
think, that work will be in
Toronto
or
Montreal
...
Canada
- very big country and in each case search will be made individually.
Once again we mark, that the invitation to work
absolute legally and a workplace will expect arrival of the worker.
