What is the difference between this and
the other programs?
Typically the average person will apply under the “Skilled Workers” category
and must meet a list of requirements. These requirements ensure that
should they be approved for Permanent Residence in Canada they do have the
funds available for them to live in case they do not find a job within 6
months. This financial requirement can be a hindrance to a lot of
people whom simply do not have the means. Thus precluding them from
applying. This is just one example!

The PNP Financial requirements?
The financial requirements for those nominated are none... other then the
application fee and the landing fee. This is a benefit!
Do I have a Job upon Arriving in
Canada?
Yes, that’s the teeth of the program. In most provinces it is an
‘Employer Based Program” which means they only let the employers apply on
behalf of the people, In order for the employer to have you nominated by the
province, they will have gone through tremendous scrutiny with respect to the
Job details, rate of pay, all of which must be standard and competitive in the
field.
Will I be a Permanent Resident?
Yes, upon landing, once the province has nominated you, the document
required are those of the ‘skilled worker’ program so ultimately Citizenship
and Immigration Canada have the final say.
Can my family be included in my application?
Yes, your spouse and children are included in whole process with you!

What Obligations do I have to that Employer?
CIC has the right to place terms and conditions on your Permanent Residence
Visa, one could be that you stay in a certain place for a certain time, after
which usually three years you are able to apply for citizenship, just like
everybody else…
What if I don’t like my Job, or I am not getting paid by my
employer?
As a Permanent Resident you have all the rights as anyone else does in Canada,
except to vote, keep in mind before the Human Resources people from the
province endorse the ‘Nomination” they have probably put the employer through a
screening process, one of which would be financial ability. They would
not endorse any employer to employ a foreign worker who did not show financial
ability to support such a person(s)
How long does it take to get nominated?
It could take one month, to three years; it depends on your education/training
and the shortage of work for your chosen field.
Who Qualifies?
Everybody with a skill or a Trade!

This can change any
anytime depending on the economy and the growth in the individual provinces!

Costs:
NASC charges a fee of $500.00
usd to compile all of the documents to submit to the employers who are involved
with the program. Should "You" be nominated the regular fee
schedule for “Skilled Workers” applies. This can be discussed at the time
of Consultation.
Is there a Consultation Fee?
Yes, NASC has had to implement a consultation fee in order to wean out those
people that are serious from those that are not! We have had a tremendous
response to this program and we want to remain focused on those that are
serious about migrating to Canada.
We do however; credit the
small fee back to you once you decide to proceed to register for the program!
