NASC GUARANTEE

In most circumstances, NASC will guarantee the success of your application. The terms of our guarantee will be contained in a letter of contract. In most cases the contract will contain the following statements: 

NASC will pursue the agreed objective through all available routes, including, if necessary, appeals. If we fail, then a full refund of our professional fees (less New Zealand ,Canada, Australia Government fees, disbursements and translation costs) will be made. 

The New Zealand Government Policy, under which your application is being lodged, is subject to a pass mark, which changes weekly, without warning or notification. Our guarantee undertaking is therefore conditional upon your application being lodged within -. Weeks of the date of this letter. If you delay making a decision to proceed, we reserve the right to amend our predictions of future pass mark trends. 

The Guarantee is voided by convictions, health problems, bankruptcy or previous visa refusals not disclosed to NASC, or if you make false declaration or produce false documents, or if there is change in official Government Policy prior to the lodging of your application.
