One of the proposed criteria’s is that you be either a Canadian Citizen, and or have an agent that is, this is where we (NASC) would be of most value, we will over see each and every file that you submit, as well sign off on it prior to being submitted to the federal government.

Further, being regulated will increase the professionalism with the registered agents.
